How Sideline Trophy Co ships cheerleading awards
How are cheer awards packed, and when should you open them?
Sideline Trophy Co ships to any country, with the service and charges set out on your quote. Cheer orders often combine star-shaped squad trophies, acrylic pom awards, photo plaques under acrylic covers and 3D megaphone pieces. Raised 3D parts and acrylic covers get extra padding. Open the boxes when they arrive rather than at the banquet. Sort the pieces by squad, keep the coach gift aside, and read each name against your approved proof.
What should you check when the cheer awards arrive?
- Count each squad's pieces against the packing list, including crossover athletes on two rosters.
- Read every athlete name, squad line and season, and check photo plaque names against the faces.
- Look over acrylic covers, pom shapes and 3D megaphone parts for scuffs or loose pieces.
- If something is wrong, take photos with the packing still around it and send your order reference.
Order terms in brief: Low minimums · production takes no more than 7 days, plus transit · rush available · worldwide shipping · 100% satisfaction refund. Full wording in the FAQ.
