Cheerleading Awards: choosing and ordering

Our planning ranges are $79 to $179 for the Pom Motif Acrylic Award or the Spirit & Leadership Award, $69 to $159 for the Cheer Team Photo Plaque, and $249 to $599 for the 3D Megaphone or Pom Trophy. Your written quote confirms the price. Production takes no more than 7 days after proof approval, plus shipping, so order three weeks before the banquet.

There is no set number. Many squads give every athlete a keepsake and add 8 to 15 named awards, roughly one for each position group plus leadership, spirit and character. Count the awards, not the athletes, because one athlete can win more than one. The quantity calculator on this page totals keepsakes and named awards.

It is a program choice. A keepsake for every athlete, with the same design and each name, recognizes the whole season. Named awards then pick out specific skills, leadership and spirit. If you skip the keepsakes, make sure the named awards cover every role, including bases and backspots, not just flyers and tumblers.

Record the event, squad, division and placement. Sideline Trophy Co files Cheer Championship Trophy, Cheer Competition Trophy and 3D Megaphone or Pom Trophy under “Squad and competition trophies”.

Recognize the person as well as the team result. Sideline Trophy Co files Pom Motif Acrylic Award, Cheer Team Photo Plaque and Spirit & Leadership Award under “Athlete keepsakes and spirit awards”.

Thank the coach and give recurring honors a shared home. Sideline Trophy Co files Cheer Coach Appreciation Plaque, Perpetual Cheer Gym Plaque and Full-Color Cheer Event Poster Package under “Coach and gym recognition”.

Choose a shared squad trophy for the gym or matching individual pieces for athletes. Keep level and division wording consistent with the event results, and put the season on every piece so the achievement stays identifiable.

Pick a photograph that includes the full squad and leaves room for a clean caption. If the roster needs to appear, provide the names in the same order as the photograph and check them before approving the layout.

Keep the poster focused on the event and squad identity, and prepare athlete names as a separate award list. This lets the visual theme stay consistent while each athlete's wording receives its own check.
