Where should your cheer awards be delivered?
Sideline Trophy Co ships cheer awards to any country, and your quote prices and confirms each address. The tricky part is picking the address. Awards may go to an all-star gym, a school athletic office, a banquet venue or a team parent's home. Choose someone who can receive the box and keep it out of athletes' sight until the banquet.
The list helps prepare your request. Shipping availability, import arrangements and transit time are confirmed for the actual delivery address.
Should cheer awards go to the gym or a parent's house?
Pick the place where the box will not be opened early by the wrong person. A gym front desk is fine for athlete awards, but a coach gift shipped to the gym may be opened by the coach. For coach plaques, use a team parent or booster chair's address. Banquet halls often cannot hold parcels, so bring awards with you.
Can we split one order between a gym and a school?
Yes. Some programs run an all-star gym and also coach a school squad, with separate banquets. List which squads go to which address, and the quote shows one shipment per place with its own packing list. Keep each banquet's poster package with the squads it celebrates, so nothing needs to move between buildings.
How do we plan awards for a squad at a destination event?
If awards will be presented at an event far from home, give the destination, the hotel or venue address and the date the box must be there. Your quote confirms carrier service, charges and any customs steps. Ask the hotel how it handles parcels for team groups, and name the parent or coach who will collect it.
How should banquet awards be packed for the coaches?
Tell us how names will be called. Athlete awards can be grouped and labeled by squad, in roster order, so each coach takes one bundle to the front. Spirit awards can sit on top of each squad's group. Coach plaques can be packed and labeled separately, so a coach helping unpack does not find their own gift.
